Join us for our LAST FIRST FRIDAY OF 2024 on Friday December 6th from 6-9PM for a look at the visual legacy of community hub and Collective partner, The Fábrica. We are thrilled to display their Protest Banner Lending Library in the studio.
The Fábrica is a community textile arts workshop, a place dedicated to skill-sharing and salvaging materials and supplies.
The Fábrica was founded in 2010 as an autonomous project affiliated with the Hub for Sustainable Living in Downtown Santa Cruz. It is operated by a collective of artists and activists.
